[BREAKING NEWS]: Government Of Ghana And Organised Labour (Labour Union) Has Agreed On A Fixed Percentage For Base Pay

Government of Ghana (Representatives of Government) and Organized Labour (Labour Unions) Have Achieved Success With An Agreed Percentage For Base Pay (Salary Increment Negotiations) || More Details Here

Since 2022, the Government of Ghana and Organized Labour have had several talks to decide a percentage rise or an increase on 2023 Base Pay or Salary Negotiations. The most current ones are from Tuesday, January 10, 2022 to Thursday, January 12, 2023.

The Government of Ghana (Representatives of Government) And Organized Labour (Labour Unions) has finally agreed on Thirty Percent (30%) Increment in 2023 Base Pay or Salary Negotiations as at 12th January 2023.

UPDATE ON BASE PAY.

Government and Organised Labour agreed on 30% increase on the current Base Pay for 2023 . This takes effect from January, 2023.
